Safety

Think and act in a safe manner. Always disconnect power and use a lockout before you work on the E-coat system, or any of the related subsystems. Observe any confined space conditions. Use the appropriate safety equipment and clothing for the task. Please carefully read all the instructions listed below to familiarize yourself with the project before attempting to perform any of the work.

Step 1

Place bottom of T5 ME Shell on a piece of foam.

Step2

Slowly insert the SS Electrode into the Membrane Shell. Do not drop the electrode into Membrane Shell as damage may occur. The electrode tab should be exposed 1-1/2” at the top of neck. If more than this, take a screw driver and pass it through one of the holes and twist electrode to get it fully seated.
