Safety

Think and act in a safe manner. Always disconnect power and use a lockout before you work on the E-coat system, or any of the related subsystems. Observe any confined space conditions. Use the appropriate safety equipment and clothing for the task. Please carefully read all the instructions listed below to familiarize yourself with the project before attempting to perform any of the work.

Required Materials

• Heavy Body Primer
• Heavy Body Cement

Required Tools

• Adjustable Wrench
• Pipe wrench

Step 1

Using heavy body primer and cement, glue together the Supply Manifold and the Conductivity Sensor Kit (P/N 210011). Make sure to match up the diamond marks. (See picture below) Note: The sensor has already been put in place. The sensor hole should be in line with flow. (See picture below) Alignment occurs when the arrow on the sensor points to the blue mark on the tee.

Step 2

Clamp the Supply Manifold on to the anolyte support. The 1/2” NPT holes should face up while sensor tee should point down.
